1. What services do you provide?

We offer child care services for children from infancy to early adolescence, ensuring that every age group receives the care, attention, and developmentally appropriate activities they need.

2. What are your rates?

Opening shift ( 6:00am - 8:00am) $19/hr

Midday shift ( 8:01am - 9:00am) $20/hr

Closing shift ( 9:01am - 11:00am) $21/hr

3. How do you track hours?

We clock in and out on our end and send an invoice after the shift. Payment is required 24 hours after invoice is sent.

4. What happens if a school does not pay?

If payment is not received within 24 hours, legal action may be taken, and that school will no longer have access to our services.

5. How do substitutes manage behavior and ensure safety?

Substitutes use positive guidance strategies, follow daycare policies, keep a close watch on children to maintain a safe environment.

6. How do we know your availability?

Availability is posted weekly on the calendar.

7. Do you have reliable transportation?

Yes, we provide our own transportation.

8. Are you qualified and certified?

Yes - we are CPR/first aid certified, TB tested, AZ fingerprint clearance card, and background checked.

9. Are substitutes available for both short and long term coverage?

Yes, substitutes can provide coverage for a few hours, a single day, or extended periods, depending on the daycare's needs.

10. How much notice is needed to request a substitute?

Daycares can request substitutes in advance or on short notice. Availability may vary, but last minute coverage is often possible.
